Today was earth day, but there was a bunch of unhealthy food.
Lunch – 4 pieces of popcorn chicken, fries, macaroni and cheese, and a piece of this tofu dish that I didn’t like, a cup of water, carrots, some string beans
Dinner – A large helping of mashed potatoes, spring vegetable soup, Cider and Thyme steamed mussels, Tortelleni with Butternut Squash, a piece of corn bread, two scoops of Vanilla ice cream, roasted beets
Note to self: Stop eating dessert! It didn’t even taste that great…or if I really want to eat dessert, eat a small helping.
I decided to eat dessert today because I didn’t get to yesterday, even though my dinner yesterday was by no means healthy. I missed breakfast again because I woke up late (and I started and finished my section assignment for Life Sci during the lecture).
Lunch
Chef’s Salad and Lite Italian Dressing, bottle of water, bag of Smartfoods popcorn, banana
Dinner
Two pieces of blackened catfish, rice with spinach, eggplant casserole, breakfast biscuit, and this slice of whipped cream chocolate/vanilla cake.
Study Break
A slice of plain cheeze pizza, half a cup of soda, and a mini-kit kat bar. Study breaks always brings extra calories….
I woke up late today so I didn’t have any breakfast. I woke up at 12PM in fact. Run down of what I ate:
Lunch – Pasta/cheese (like lasagna), variety of cooked vegetables, and two baked red potato halves, a cup of water
Snacks – A chocolate chip chewy bar (100 cal, 30 fat), and two strawberry wafers
Dinner – A slice of sausage pizza, a slice of pepperoni pizza, a bottle of Minute Maid lemonade
Note to self: Do not eat more than a slice of pizza at one sitting unless the slices are extra small. I felt like vomitting after my dinner.
